Click on the “NEW CLIENT” link to express your interest in becoming a Cat Sitter Toronto Inc. client. It’ll ask for some basic information about you and your pets. We’ll be in touch within 24 business hours after receiving your request.

You will receive a welcome e-mail containing a link to activate your on-line Cat Sitter Toronto Inc. account. Once the account is activated, you will need to complete the MY INFO and PETS sections of your profile.


After you have completed the MY INFO and PETS sections of your profile, you will receive an e-mailed link to our calendar to schedule a convenient time for the call. During this 15-minute call we will discuss your cat sitting needs, tell you a little about Cat Sitter Toronto Inc., and answer any questions you may have.


One of your cat sitters will contact you to schedule a date/time for your in-home consultation. The purpose of our in-home visit is to give you and your kitty a chance to meet us and to review cat care instructions. A minimum of 4 visits is required to qualify for a free in-home consultation otherwise there is a small charge for the consultation.

Referral Reward Program

Refer a Friend

Cat Sitter Toronto Inc. is excited to announce the new Referral Reward Program. A lot of clients have told friends and families about us, and we want to thank you for that!

When you refer a new client to us who completes a booking and their first visits with us, you will receive a 10% discount on your next booking. To ensure that you receive this discount, your friend will need to provide your name in their client application.

  • New client must have paid and their visits completed before any discount can apply (if the visit is cancelled, or not booked, no discounts will be provided)
  • New client must provide existing client’s full name on the client application form
  • Client referral rewards cannot be combined, but can be saved and used for subsequent bookings
  • Valid on new clients only as of August 12th, 2020


Because of the unpredictable nature of our schedule, we cannot guarantee the exact time we will visit. However, we do our best to guarantee specific time slots when will visit your kitty. When you book online, you have the option of selecting a morning visit (7:00 AM – 11:00 AM) or an evening visit (5:00 PM – 8:00 PM). If you do not have a preference, you can choose to have your kitty visited anytime of the day.

Once-a-day visits take place every 24 hours. If we do a morning visit at 7:00 AM, we will return to see kitty at approximately 7:00 AM the next morning. Twice-a-day visits are scheduled 10-12 hours apart and kitties that require time-sensitive medicines will always be given priority.
