If you’ve already reviewed the cat sitting services we provide, read our policies and our FAQ’s, then you’re ready to continue booking a cat visit.

GETTING STARTED

Click on the “NEW CLIENT” link to express your interest in becoming a Cat Sitter Toronto Inc. client. It’ll ask for some basic information about you and your pets. We’ll be in touch within 24 business hours after receiving your request.

POPULATE YOUR ACCOUNT DETAILS

You will receive a welcome e-mail containing a link to activate your on-line Cat Sitter Toronto Inc. account. Once the account is activated, you will need to complete the MY INFO and PETS sections of your profile.

LET’S TALK

After you have completed the MY INFO and PETS sections of your profile, you will receive an e-mailed link to our calendar to schedule a convenient time for the call. During this 15-minute call we will discuss your cat sitting needs, tell you a little about Cat Sitter Toronto Inc., and answer any questions you may have.

MEET YOUR CAT SITTER

One of your cat sitters will contact you to schedule a date/time for your in-home consultation. The purpose of our in-home visit is to give you and your kitty a chance to meet us and to review cat care instructions. A minimum of 4 visits is required to qualify for a free in-home consultation otherwise there is a small charge for the consultation.

Now that you are a Cat Sitter Toronto Inc. client, you can download our scheduling app, or click on the EXISTING CLIENT link below to book all your future visits. Welcome to the family!

Referral Reward Program

💳 You’ll receive a $35 credit on your account—valid for 6 months!

It’s our way of showing appreciation for helping grow our community of cat lovers.
To make sure you receive your reward, your friend must include your full name on their client application form.

A few quick reminders:

Referral credit is applied after the new client's first visit is completed and paid
The new client must not have booked with us before (valid as of April 2025)
Referral credits can't be combined, but you can collect and use them for future bookings
Credit is valid for 6 months from the date it's issued
No credit is applied if the visit is cancelled or not booked

New client must have paid and their visits completed before any discount can apply (if the visit is cancelled, or not booked, no discounts will be provided)
New client must provide existing client’s full name on the client application form
Client referral rewards cannot be combined, but can be saved and used for subsequent bookings

HOW OUR CAT SITTING SERVICES IN TORONTO WORK:

Because of the unpredictable nature of our schedule, we cannot guarantee the exact time we will visit. However, we do our best to guarantee specific time slots when will visit your kitty. When you book online, you have the option of selecting a morning visit (7:00 AM – 11:00 AM) or an evening visit (5:00 PM – 8:00 PM). If you do not have a preference, you can choose to have your kitty visited anytime of the day.

Once-a-day visits take place every 24 hours. If we do a morning visit at 7:00 AM, we will return to see kitty at approximately 7:00 AM the next morning. Twice-a-day visits are scheduled 10-12 hours apart and kitties that require time-sensitive medicines will always be given priority.
